1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 22pub ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), a PAGCOR-authorized online gaming platform operating under Philippine law. These Terms apply to all services offered by 22pub at the domain 22pub.vip and any related subdomains or mobile-optimized interfaces.

Your use of the 22pub platform — including registration, login, deposit, wagering, withdrawal, and participation in promotions — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are supplemented by any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the 22pub Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

22pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use 22pub, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not be self-excluded from 22pub or any other Philippine gambling platform under a PAGCOR exclusion order;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 22pub or any of its affiliated service providers, nor a member of any such person's immediate family;
• Be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

22pub reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) active 22pub account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, contact 22pub support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 22pub is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, as a condition of certain promotions. Verification typically requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID) and may include additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds. 22pub will process KYC submissions promptly and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify 22pub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 22pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where such access results from your negligence.

3.5 Account Usage. Your 22pub account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any use of your account by a third party, whether authorized by you or not, remains your full responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 22pub currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 22pub balance within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency deposit processing times vary; 22pub does not guarantee specific processing times for these methods.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

4.5 Currency. All balances, bets, and payouts on 22pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 22pub is not responsible for any gains or losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 22pub complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 22pub reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or refuse any withdrawal it reasonably suspects to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 22pub may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 22pub are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated requirements. Welcome bonuses are available only to new players registering their first 22pub account. 22pub reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or reclaim any bonus awarded to an ineligible player.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering in patterns designed to exploit promotions, or colluding with other players — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal. 22pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 22pub and confer no rights beyond those expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Certified RNG. All random outcome games on the 22pub platform — including slot machines, RNG table games, bingo, and fishing games — are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The RNG certification is a requirement of 22pub's PAGCOR authorization.

6.2 Game Rules. The rules of each game are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of wagers.

6.3 Return to Player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the relevant game provider and are displayed in each game's information panel. RTPs represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 22pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. This is the maximum liability of 22pub in the event of a technical malfunction. Winnings paid as a result of a software or system error are not valid and may be reclaimed.

6.5 Interrupted Games. If a game is interrupted before completion, 22pub's system will retain the game state and allow completion upon reconnection where technically feasible. Where game completion is not possible, the wager may be refunded at 22pub's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22pub platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 22pub staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 By 22pub. 22pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; failure to meet age verification requirements; suspected collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software; or any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account poses a risk to 22pub, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Forfeiture of Funds. Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, 22pub reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance of the account, including any pending bonus or promotional credits, without liability to the player.

8.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your 22pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (less any applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22pub platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of 22pub or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 22pub platform without prior written consent from 22pub or the relevant rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves risk. 22pub does not guarantee any minimum winnings or outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By using the platform, you accept that you may lose all funds deposited.

10.2 Platform Availability. 22pub strives to maintain platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. 22pub will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22pub's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Damages. In no event shall 22pub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 22pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Responsible Gaming

22pub provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose in a given period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Privacy

22pub's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 22pub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

22pub complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties, and will only be shared with authorized service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary for platform operation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The platform operates under the authorization of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22pub platform, you should first contact 22pub customer support to seek a resolution. 22pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you are unsatisfied with 22pub's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint process. 22pub will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

22pub reserves the right to revise, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the 22pub platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where more immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 22pub platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.3.
